  1. 18 oz Devil's food cake mix

  2. 21 oz Cherry pie filling

  3. 1 t Almond extract

  4. 2 Eggs, beaten

  5. 1 c Sugar

  6. 5 T Butter

  7. 1/3 c Milk

  8. 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips

  9. 4 ingredients by hand with spatula until well-blended. Turn into greased, floured

  10. 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Bake at

  12. 25-30 minutes, or until cake tests done. Let cool and cut into squares before adding icing. To make icing, combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil

  13. 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Pour over cake and spread.
