  2. SHRIMP WITH FETTUCINE

  7. 24 md Shrimp, peeled, deveined

  8. 2 ea Garlic, cloves

  9. 4 ts Parsley, minced

  10. 4 md Onions, white, sliced

  11. 4 ea Mushrooms, fresh, sliced

  12. 4 tb Tomatoes, peeled, seeded,

  13. -- chopped, fresh

  14. 4 oz Scallions, coarsely

  15. -- chopped 2 ts Seafood Seasoning **

  16. 2 oz Stock, shrimp

  17. 2 c Noodles, fettucini, cooked

  18. 1/4 c Wine, white

  19. 2 oz Butter

  20. ** See recipe for Creole Seafood Seasoning.

  21. Place the butter, shrimp, garlic, parsley,

  22. onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, scallions and seafood

  23. seasoning in a large saucepan. Stir the mixture

  24. gently for 30 seconds.

  25. Add the shrimp stock and cook until onions are

  26. transparent.

  27. Add the cooked fettucine and white wine and simmer until the sauce is almost absorbed and the

  28. shrimp are pink.

  29. Remove the pan from the fire and add butter.

  30. Stir gently until the butter is melted and creamy.

  31. Serve immediately.
