  1. 11/2 lb halibut, hake or cod fillet, cut in

  2. 4 equal pieces

  3. 1/3 cup wasabi mayonnaise

  4. 1/3 cup cornflake crumbs

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil.

  2. Arrange fillet pieces on foil. Spread top of fish with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.

  3. Bake 15 minutes or until fish is opaque at centers and crumbs just begin to brown.

  4. Different Takes l Top fish with crushed potato chips instead of cornflake crumbs.

  5. l Add 1/3 cup chopped cilantro to the wasabi mayonnaise.

  6. l Serve with lime wedges.
