  1. 6 to 8 ounces cooked and drained shrimp

  2. 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese

  3. 1/4 cup minced celery

  4. 1/4 cup minced onion

  5. 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled

  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix until well blended. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve over salad greens.
