  1. 16 cups Thick Apple Pulp

  2. Water

  3. 1 cup Vinegar

  4. 8 cups Sugar

  5. 4 tsp. Cinnamon

  1. Core and slice apples, but do not peel. Place in large dutch oven . Add only enough water to cook apples until soft.

  2. Press through fine sieve and measure.

  3. Combine all ingredients. Cook over a medium heat until mixture remains in a smooth mass when a little is cooled (about 1½ hours).

  4. Pour into sterlized jars and seal while hot.
