  1. 3 - 12oz. pkgs. semisweet chocolate chips

  2. 1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)

  3. 1 - 8 oz. jar of marshmellow cream or 8 oz. small marshmellows

  4. 2 cups chopped nut s

  5. 2 tablespoons of vanilla

  6. Put above ingredients in a large bowl.

  7. 4 1/2 cups sugar

  8. 1 large (13oz.) canned evaporated milk

  1. Boil:

  2. 4½ cups sugar with the 13 oz. can of evaporated milk.

  3. Cook on medium low heat - stir constantly. After it starts to boil, boil for 10 minutes, stir constantly.

  4. Remove from heat and pour over ingredients in bowl. Hand stir until chocolate is melted.

  5. Pour into buttered wax paper in a cookie sheet.

  6. Chill and cut into small squares.
