  1. 1 can (6 oz.) chunk white tuna, drained

  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped celery

  3. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  4. 2 tablespoons sliced green onion

  5. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  6. Pepper

  7. Keebler Town House Bistro Multigrain crackers

  8. Thin slices Cheddar cheese

  1. In small bowl toss together tuna, celery, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice. Season to taste with pepper.

  2. Spoon on top of crackers. Top with cheddar cheese. Broil 4- to 5-inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
