  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - chopped (small)

  2. 4 Garlic - minced

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oil

  4. 8 Green New Mexican chiles - roasted, peeled and seeded

  5. 6 Tomatillos

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Chicken stock

  7. 1 Cumin Salt to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Saute onions until translucent. Add garlic. Stir one minute. If tomatillos are canned, put them in a blender. If fresh, boil some water and remove from stove. Put tomatillos in water for 15 minutes until soft. Then add to blender with remaining ingredients.
