  6. 8 tb Butter

  7. 1/4 c Sugar

  8. 2 ts Ground cinnamon

  9. 2 Large green apples; peeled,

  10. -cored, and thinly sliced

  11. 4 Eggs

  12. 1 c Flour

  13. 1 c Milk

  14. 2 tb Milk

  15. 1 ts Vanilla

  16. Powdered sugar

  17. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high

  18. heat. Stir in the sugar and cinnamon. Add the apples. Cook, stirring, until

  19. apples are translucent, about 5 minutes. Place the pan in the oven while

  20. you prepare the batter. Beat the eggs. Add the flour and milk. Beat until

  21. smooth. Pour the batter evenly over the apples in the pan. Bake, uncovered,

  22. until pancake is puffy and golden, about 15 minutes. Sift powdered sugar

  23. over the pancake. Cut into wedges. Serve immediately. Cinnamon and tart
