  1. 8 Oz. Bow Tie Pasta, uncooked

  2. 1 lb. Kielbasa , fully cooked

  3. 1 Jar Sliced Mushroom s, drained

  4. 2 tsp. Minced Garlic

  5. 2 T. Butter

  6. 1 T. Cornstarch

  7. 1 1/2 Cups Milk

  8. 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Snow Pea s

  9. 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (4 oz)

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the sausage, mushrooms, and garlic in butter.

  2. Combine cornstarch and milk until smooth; gradually add to the skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Drain pasta; add to sausage mixture. Stir in the peas and cheese; cook until cheese is melted.
