  1. DIRECTIONS Arrange two layers of potatoes, then onions in a casserole dish. Season chops and dust with flour, then brown on either side in a little oil. Place on top of the potatoes in the casserole. Mix milk into frying pan with the drippings from the chops then pour over the top of the casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
