  2. 1 cup cottage cheese

  3. 1/4 cup tomato juice

  4. 1 tablespoon onion flakes

  5. 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  7. 2 tablespoons catsup

  8. 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  1. Preparation : Sieve cottage cheese and fold in yogurt. Blend in mustard, soy sauce, catsup, tomato juice and onion flakes. Makes 2 cups.
