  1. 6 C. diced potato es*

  2. 1 can (10 3/4.oz.)condenced cream chicken soup

  3. 1/2 Soup can milk

  4. 1 C. Sour cream

  5. 1 C. Sharp cheddar cheese,grated

  6. 1/4 C. grated or died onion ** salt and pepper to taste

  7. 3 Tbl. butter melted

  8. 3/4 C. corn flake crumbs

  1. Cook fresh potatoes or thaw frozen potatoes. Place potatoes in a 2-3 quart casserole dish or a 9x13 cake pan. Combine, and heat over medium, low heat till cheese is melted; soup,milk,sour cream,cheese,and onion,salt and pepper to taste.IF saucier dish is desired,add 2-3 tablespoons additional milk.MIX well. Spread sauce over potatoes. Melt butter and combine with corn flakes. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole. Bake uncovered 350° for 30-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly throughout.
