  1. 2 teaspoons butter

  2. 1 cup sliced celery

  3. 1 cup chopped carrot

  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  5. 1 small potato , diced

  6. 1 teaspoon thyme

  7. 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  8. 4 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth

  9. 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon

  10. 4 ounces egg noodles

  11. 2 cups cooked chicken parsley

  1. Melt butter in large pot.

  2. Sauté the celery, carrot and onion for 2 minutes.

  3. Add potato, thyme, poultry seasoning, chicken broth and bouilion.

  4. Bring to a boil.

  5. Add noodles and chicken and cook on low for 20 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with parsley. ?
