  1. 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Pasta LaBella Radiatore

  2. 1 1/2 lb. fresh chicken breast (boneless, skinless, or whatever kind you use)

  3. 1 red bell pepper

  4. 2 scallions or green onions

  5. 1 lg. can black olives (sliced)

  6. 1 (16 fluid oz.) Zesty Italian dressing (or any favorite Italian dressing)

  1. Cook chicken until done, let cool and chop up. Cook pasta per directions until done. Drain and cool. While pasta and chicken are cooking, chop pepper, onions, and slice olives. (Hint: I steam my pepper and onions until tender.)

  2. Mix all ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and mix or toss well. Refrigerate. Pour dressing according to taste.
