  8. 2 tb Margarine

  9. 2 1/2 c Chocolate cookie crumbs

  10. 2 lb Cream cheese -- soft

  11. 1 c Sugar

  12. 4 Eggs

  13. 1 t All-purpose flour

  14. 1 t Vanilla

  15. 1 c Sour cream

  16. 1 lb Refrigerated chocolate chip

  17. Cookie dough

  18. 2 oz Chocolate chips

  19. TOPPINGS

  20. 1 pt Heavy whipping cream --

  21. Whip Chocolate chips

  22. Chopped walnuts

  23. Preheat oven to 325

  24. CRUST-Generously grease the

  25. bottom and sides of a 10 springform pan. Combine the margarine with the

  26. chocolate cookie crumbs. Press onto the bottom and sides of the pan. FILLING-Using an electric mixer

  27. on high speed, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and flour and mix until smooth. Add vanilla and sour

  28. cream and mix just until blended. Pour 1/2 of the

  29. batter into prepared crust. Cut cookie dough into golfball sized chunks and drop into batter.

  30. Sprinkle in chocolate chips. Pour over remaining

  31. batter. Bake for 60 minutes. Turn off the oven and open the door to the broil position. Allow cake to

  32. remain in the oven 30 more minutes. Refrigerate until

  33. ready to serve. To serve, remove the sides of the pan

  34. and top with fresh whipped cream. Sprinkle with

  35. additional chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
