  1. 3 eggs , well beaten

  2. 1 3/4 cups sugar

  3. 1 cup canola oil

  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  5. 2 cups flour

  6. 1 teaspoon baking soda

  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  8. 4 apples , peeled and sliced

  9. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Mix ingredients in order given in a large mixing bowl then fold in apples and nuts.

  2. Spread in a 9 X 13" pan.

  3. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
