    1. 1/2 C Butter

    2. 1 C Sugar

    3. 2 Egg s

    4. 1 tsp. Baking powder

    5. 1 tsp. Baking soda

    6. 2 C Flour

    7. 1/2 tsp Salt

    8. 1 Sour cream

    9. 1 tsp Almond extract

    10. 16 oz. canned whole cranberry sauce

    11. 1/2 C Crushed Pecan s

    12. 3/4 C Powdered Sugar

    13. 1/2 tsp Almond extract

    14. 1 Tbsp Warm water Icing:

    15. 10X Sugar

    16. 1/2 tsp. Almond extract Warm water

    1. Cream butter & sugar, add eggs one at a time, add dry ingredients to butter mix alternately with sour cream. End with dry ingredients. Stir in 1 tsp. almond extract. Grease 8" tube pan Batter then cranberry sauce layer 3 times ending with sauce. Sprinkle with crushed pecans Bake at 350° 55 min. Cool 5 min before removing from pan Drizzle icing on top when cool
