  1. 1 Onion - chopped (medium)

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Margarine or water

  3. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Fresh mushrooms - finely

  4. 4 Garlic cloves - minced

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh parsley

  6. 1 1/3 cups 194g / 6.8oz Bread crumbs

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  8. Salt

  9. Pepper

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the margarine or water and cook the onion for 10 minutes.

  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 20-30 minutes, or until all the liquid has evaporated. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the remaining ingredients. Spoon into a serving dish and serve immediately.

  3. Preparation time, 20 minutes.
