    1. PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA BREAD

    2. 1 pk yeast

    3. 2 1/2 c bread flour

    4. 1/2 c wheat flour

    5. 3 tb gluten

    6. 2 tb brown sugar; packed

    7. 1 ts salt

    8. 1 lg banana

    9. 3/4 c peanut butter

    10. 1 egg

    11. 1 c water; very warm

    12. Add all ingredients into pan in the order listed. Select white

    13. bread setting and press "Start".
