  6. 3/4 pound(s) cooked lobster meat , cut into 1/2-in. chunks

  7. 25 cup(s) celery , finely diced

  8. 1 tablespoon(s) fresh chives , snipped

  9. 4 hot dog buns , toasted

  10. 2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter , softened

  11. 4 small Romaine lettuce leaves

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk dressing lemon juice, curry, salt, and pepper. Add the lobster, celery and chives. Toss until salad is evenly dressed.

  2. Spread the insides of toasted buns with butter. Line each bun with a lettuce leaf and fill with lobster salad.
