  6. 2 tbsp vinegar

  8. 1/2 C water

  9. mustard powder

  10. ginger powder

  1. wash and dry meat srub or sprinkle with mustard and ginger.

  2. slice onions and put in base of rasting tin. Add meat and marinade or use as sauce. Roast on no 5 till cooked
