  1. 1 package jelly roll (or cake )

  2. 2 1/2 quarts ice cream, different flavors meringue made with

  3. 4 egg whites,

  4. 8 T sugar

  1. Line a pie plate with slices of jelly roll. Fill with scoops of four or five different colors of ice cream. Heap high. Cover with meringue and seal edges. May top with coconut. Bake 450 degrees for 3-4 minutes. Put in freezer. After it is frozen, cover with foil. take foil off before thawing. Take out of freezer, put in refrigerator before dinner.
