  1. take boneless chicken breast and cut into pieces. fry the chicken breast with italian dressing(your choice) and natural seasonings. cook until chicken is done. then add frozen veggies(your choice). add some more italian dressing to the frozen veggies and add some additional spices. add some more natural seasonings, season salt, garlic, and celery seed. you can change the seasonings that you want in this receipe and add your own. I like more seasonings in my stiry fry so you have to decide on how much you want put lid on top of stir fry and turn the temp down. you want to stir occasionally and add more dressing while it is cooking.
