    1. 1 packs of frozen strawberrys or 2 packs of fresh strawberrys

    2. 1/2 teaspoon of vinilla

    3. 1/2 cup of water wiped cream

    1. : 1 Add the strawberrys in to a mixing bowl Cut them in to tiny pieces and much them with a spoon put in freaser for 10 to 15 min.then put in the vinella stir ,mush down, put in water pour water out put back in freaser 10 to 15 min.

    2. Take out put wiped cream in stir mush down put wiped cream on top opional with cherry 3 Know you strawberry splenda is done Carbs: 10 grames with vinilla
