  2. 2 pounds beef chuck or stew meat, cut 1 cubes

  3. 1/4 cup flour

  4. 1-1/2 teaspoons salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  6. 1-1/2 cups beef broth

  7. 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 clove garlic, minced

  9. 1 bay leaf

  10. 1 teaspoon paprika

  11. 4 carrots, sliced

  12. 3 potatoes, diced

  13. 2 onions, chopped

  14. 1 stalk celery, sliced

  15. 2 teaspoons kitchen bouquet, optional

  1. Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat.

  2. Stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours.

  4. Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
