  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  4. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cotija or parmesan cheese - grated or crumbled Red chile pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Husk and wash tomatillos. Slice thinly and arrange on a platter or 4 salad plates. Combine oil and lime juice, sprinkle over tomatillos and top with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
