  10. 1 1/4 c All-Purpose Flour

  11. 1/4 c Sugar

  12. 1/2 ts Salt

  13. 1/4 ts Ground Nutmeg

  14. Vegetable Oil

  15. Powdered Sugar

  16. Mash rice grains, and cool to lukewarm. Dissolve

  17. yeast in warm water, and stir into rice. Cover, and drafts. Add eggs, flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg to

  18. rice mixture, beating until smooth. Cover and let

  19. 85 deg

  20. 30 minutes. Heat

  21. inches of oil to 360 deg; drop dough by tablespoonfuls

  22. into hot oil. Cook about 3 minutes or until golden

  23. brown. Drain; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve

  24. immediately. Yield 2 1/2 dozen.
