  1. 2 lb Caribou ribs

  2. 1 tb Vegetable oil

  3. Salt and Pepper

  4. 2 tb Brown sugar

  5. 16 oz Tomato sauce

  6. 2 tb Vinegar

  7. 2 ts Prepared mustard

  8. 1 ts Louisiana Hot Sauce

  1. Place ribs in a large oven proof dish. Brush lightly with cooking oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once. Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce; pour over ribs.

  2. Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
