  1. 1 lime, sliced into wedges Ice

  2. 3/4 cup fresh lime juice*

  3. 6 Mexican-style light beers, ice cold, (recommended: Cerveza Clara)

  1. Chill 6 beer mugs until very cold. Add some salt to a shallow dish. Moisten the rims with a lime wedge and coat with salt. Add ice and 2 tablespoons lime juice to each mug. Pour in the beer and drink before the ice melts. *Cook's Note: It's important to use fresh lime juice, it makes all the difference in flavor!
