Shirley’s Peanut Butter Pie

    1. 1 pie shell, baked

    2. 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

    3. 3 egg whites

    4. 2-3 big spoons peanut butter

    5. 1/2 box powdered sugar

    6. 1 box Jello instant vanilla pudding mix

    7. 3/4 c. sugar

    1. Take your peanut butter and powder. Mix together (will be in little balls, add more peanut butter if you like). Put in baked pie shell.

    2. Mix pudding as directed on box. Then pour on top of peanut butter.

    3. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Then add sugar, beat some more. Add flavoring, put mixture on top of pie. Put in oven and brown. Put in refrigerator until cold. Enjoy!
