  7. 1 cn pumpkin

  8. 13 oz can evaporated milk

  9. 3 eggs

  10. 4 ts pumpkin pie spice

  11. 1 yellow cake mix

  12. 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine or -butter

  13. 1/2 c chopped pecans

  14. Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs and spice together well. Pour

  15. into 9 x 13 pan which has been greased or sprayed with cooking

  16. spray. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture, but DO NOT stir

  17. in. Pour melted butter or margarine over mix (again--do not stir).

  18. 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Can be served

  19. hot or cold. Serve with whipped cream, if desire. --
