  1. 1 pound ground pork

  2. 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  3. 1 clove garlic minced

  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  5. 8 slices Canadian bacon

  6. 4 lettuce leaves

  7. 4 tomato slices

  1. Mix together ground pork and seasonings then shape into 4 patties.

  2. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat then place patties in skillet and cook 5 minutes.

  3. Turn and cook 5 more minutes then serve on toasted buns with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
