  3. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  4. Cinnamon

  1. Cook milk and rice for about 35 minutes, just below boiling. Watch over.

  2. minutes before completion, add sugar, stirring constantly.

  3. Pour into a pie pan and top with cinnamon. Serve warm or cold.
