  1. 2 Bananas

  2. 1 cup Strawberries

  3. 1/2 cup Blueberries

  4. 3-4 tbsp Frozen Concentrated Cranberry Juice

  5. 1/2 cup Oats

  6. 1 cup Low Fat Milk

  7. 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt

  8. 1 cup Crushed Ice

  1. Slice the bananas and strawberries in to smaller pieces for better blending. Place all ingredients in to a smoothie maker or blender. Blend for at least two minutes, until all ingredients are completely blended.

  2. Pour smoothie in to 4 glasses and serve immediately. Yield: serves 4
