  1. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Cheddar; sharp - shredded

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sherry

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Jalapeno pepper - chopped

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Hot sauce

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  1. Blend the cheddar cheese and the sherry well. Blend in the sour cream and then add all the rest of the ingredients. Serve at room temperature.

  2. Makes about 2 cups of dip.

  3. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Celery, Carrots, Radishes, Tomatoes, Polish Sausage, Cantaloupe, Crenshaw or Casaba Melon
