  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Sirloin steak, cut 1" thick Marinade

  2. 1 Beer - (12 oz)

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy sauce

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon juice

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Dark brown sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml McCormick Ground Ginger

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml McCormick Ground Mustard

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml McCormick Coarse Ground Black Pepper

  10. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml McCormick Garlic Powder

  1. Recipe Instructions Place marinade ingredients in bowl or 4-cup glass measure and beat with fork until well combined. Place meat in shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over steak and pierce surface of meat all over with tines of fork. Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours, turning once. Preheat broiler or grill. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Broil or grill steak 10 minutes on each side or to desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade. Slice steak thinly on the diagonal. This recipe yields 8 servings.
