  1. 1 ham hock left over ham cubed

  2. 4 large potatoes cubed or 8 red potatoes quartered

  3. 1 can tomatoes

  4. 1 tub sour cream

  5. 1 quarter onion chopped

  6. 1 bag frozen brussle sprouts

  7. 2 tbs miced garlic salt & pepper to taste

  8. 1 tsp ground cumin

  9. 1 tsp rosemary

  10. 1 tsp peprika

  1. How to make it mix all ingredients besides water and brussle sprouts in crockpot add enough water to cover ham hock let cook on low for 4 hrs on high 45 minutes befor serving remove ham hock and add brussle sprouts you could cook this on the stove if you wanted in about fourty five minutes
