  7. 1 tb Salt --

  9. 1/2 tb Baking Soda

  10. 4 oz Butter Or Margarine

  11. 6 tb Brown Sugar, Packed

  12. 6 tb Granulated Sugar

  13. 1 tb Vanilla

  14. 1 Egg

  15. 1/2 c White Chocolate Chunks --

  17. 1/2 c Macadamia Nuts -- ** see

  19. I buy large good quality candy bars, such as Lindt,

  20. and chop them up. ** I use straight from the jar, you

  21. may prefer to chop up

  22. Preheat oven to 375 F

  23. Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl

  24. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.

  25. Add vanilla and egg--mix well.

  26. Slowly add dry ingredients to butter/sugar

  27. mixture--mix well Add chocolate and nuts

  28. Spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets (I use

  29. cushionaire--no burning) Make whatever size you

  30. what--I tend to make them large because it saves time

  31. Bake 8-12 minutes, depending on size of cookies--they

  32. should not brown, more of a golden color Cool on rack

  33. BTW: I usually make a double batch of the dough,

  34. separate into halves, and add regular chocolate chunks

  35. and pecans to one (and maybe some coconut), white

  36. chocolate and macadamias to the other--two cookies

  37. with half the work
