  1. 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

  2. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  3. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  4. 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar

  5. 4 large eggs

  6. 2/3 cup milk

  7. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  8. 3 tablespoons sweetened shredded coconut

  9. 3 tablespoons raisins

  10. 3 tablespoons chopped pecans

  11. 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

  1. In a bowl combine melted butter, salt, vanilla, sugar, eggs, milk, and flour. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl combine shredded coconut, raisins, and chopped pecans.

  3. Spread coconut mixture evenly in unbaked pie shell. Pour the butter mixture on top.

  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown.
