  1. 1 container(s) chocolate hazelnut spread, such as Nutella , Look for Nutella next to the peanut butter in large supermarkets.

  2. 8 ounce(s) mascarpone cheese , Look in the specialty cheese section for mascarpone cheese.

  3. 1 package(s) graham cracker crumb crust, preferably the 10-serving size

  4. 12 ounce(s) whipped topping, thawed

  5. 1/4 cup(s) hazelnuts, chopped and toasted, if desired

  6. 1 handful(s) chocolate shavings, if desired , Scrape vegetable peeler or metal spatula down the smooth end of a block of chocolate to creat shavings.

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chocolate spread and cheese. Beat with an electric mixer 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.

  2. Spread half of chocolate mixture evenly in the bottom of the crumb crust.

  3. Fold half the whipped topping into the remaining chocolate mixture. Spread evenly over the first chocolate layer.

  4. Top with remaining whipped topping and refrigerate at least five hours before serving.

  5. Garnish with hazelnuts and chocolate shavings if desired.
