  1. 6 Sirloin lamb steaks

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Vegetable oil

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Red wine vinegar

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Strong black coffee

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dijon mustard

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Curry powder

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Rosemary

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Thyme

  10. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Savory

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Have butcher cut 1-inch thick steaks from the sirloin part of the lamb leg. Mix all remaining ingredients in a large bowl and marinate the steaks, 4 hours to overnight. Grill quickly over very hot fire, about 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve with rice or grain pilaf, honeyed carrots, and a chilled green salad.
