  1. 2 lbs uncooked peeled and deveined shrimp

  2. 1 cup butter

  3. 3 chopped green onions

  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  5. 5 minced garlic cloves

  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  7. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

  8. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro

  9. 2 teaspoons dried basil

  10. 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

  11. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  1. Melt butter and oil in large skillet. Stir in onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.

  2. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring often. Pat shrimp dry and add to skillet.

  3. Cook stirring occasionally until shrimp turn pink (Approx.

  4. minutes).

  5. Blend in parsley, cilanto, basil, and lemon peel. Cook another 2 minutes, stirring often.

  6. Serve alone, or over angel hair pasta or rice.
