  1. 1/2 pound Bacon, with fat

  2. 2 pound Spanish onions -- chopped fine

  3. 5 tablespoon New Mexican red chile powder

  4. 2 tablespoon Cayenne powder

  5. 4 Jalapenos -- stems and seeds Removed, chopped fine

  6. 1/2 cup New Mexican green chiles Canned, chopped

  7. 1 Red New Mexican chile pod Dried -- stem removed

  8. 1 pound Italian hot sausage, remove Skin and chop fine

  9. 1 dash Tabasco sauce

  10. 1 teaspoon Hungarian hot paprika

  11. 3 pound Plum tomatoes -- crushed

  12. 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano

  13. 10 ounce T-bone steak -- chopped fine

  14. 5 pound Ground chuck

  15. 1 1/2 cup Water

  16. 12 Ounces Beer

  17. 2 Teaspoon Salt

  18. 1 1/2 cup Bell pepper -- chopped

  19. 1 tablespoon Garlic, in oil -- chopped

  20. 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  21. 1 tablespoon Sugar

  22. 5 tablespoon Cumin, ground

  1. Preparation : Fry the bacon in a large soup pot, add the onions, sauteing until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
