  1. 1 (3 1/2-ounce) package strawberry gelatin

  2. 1 (8-ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)

  3. 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

  4. 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust

  5. 6 ounces strawberries, crushed

  1. In a bowl, prepare strawberry gelatin according to the package directions. Chill until firm.

  2. In another bowl, mix half the gelatin mixture with non-dairy whipped topping and sugar. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.

  3. Combine the remaining gelatin mixture with crushed strawberries. Spoon on top. Chill until served.
