  2. 1 Container Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cre - (16 oz)

  3. 1 Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese - (8 oz)

  4. 1 Condensed cream of chicken soup - (10 3/4 oz)

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chopped roasted red peppers

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried oregano

  7. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Di Giorno Grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix potatoes, sour cream, feta cheese, soup and peppers in large bowl. Spoon into greased 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over potato mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Stir before serving. This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings. Variations: Substitute 1 package (8-oz) Athenos Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb or Basil & Tomato.
