  1. 2 Zucchini, thinly sliced

  2. 2 Green onions, sliced

  3. 2 c Skinned diced chicken,cooked

  4. 1/2 ts Salt

  5. 1/2 ts Thyme

  6. 2 tb Chopped pimento

  7. 3 c Cooked rice

  8. 1/4 c Grated cheese

  1. Cook the zucchini and onions in small amount of water until tender, about 5 to 10 min.

  2. Add other ingredients, except for cheese.

  3. Cook and stir until heated through.

  4. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, serve.
