  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown bean paste

  3. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Ginger - finely chopped

  4. 1 Serrano chili - stemmed & Finely chopped

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml White vinegar

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  8. 3 Cilantro sprigs - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use immediately or at least within 6 hours of preparation as the flavours will get stronger the longer the sauce sits.
