  1. 1 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream

  2. 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)

  3. 1/2 cup chopped peaches

  4. 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  5. 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  6. 8 to 10 ice cubes

  1. Place all ingredients, except the ice cubes, into container of electric blender and blend on high until smooth.

  2. With blender running, add 2 to 3 ice cubes at a time through the center opening in the lid until all ice cubes have been added. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
