  2. 1 Cream cheese

  3. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Pepper

  6. 1 Tarragon

  7. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Chopped onion

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions Finely flake smoked salmon. Blend together with remaining ingredients. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley if desired. Serve with crackers. This salmon ball freezes beautifully.
